Terms of Service

Effective October 6, 2026

These terms are the rules for playing Moonsling (moonsling.io) and Bonkzone (bonkzone.io), browser games made by Halo Dot Inc. ("we", "us"). By playing, you agree to them. If you're under 18, please read them with a parent or guardian. They need to agree too.

1. Playing the games

The games are free and need no account. We may add, change or remove features, arenas, pets or styles, and we may pause or end a game at any time, for example for updates or maintenance. We try hard to keep the games running, but we can't promise they'll always be available or bug-free.

2. Play nice

When you play, you agree not to:

• use a player name that is rude, hateful, sexual, threatening, or that pretends to be someone else, or that includes anyone's real full name or contact details;
• cheat: use hacks, scripts, modified clients, automated players or exploits, or anything else that gives you an unfair advantage;
• attack, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer our servers, or try to get into parts of the service you're not meant to;
• break the law, or use the games to harm anyone.

We may change a player name that breaks these rules, remove a player from an arena, or block access for people who keep breaking them.

3. Our stuff, and what you can do with it

The games, including the code, characters, pets, art, names, logos and sounds, belong to Halo Dot Inc. and are protected by copyright and trademark law. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, revocable permission to play the games for fun. You may stream, record and share videos and screenshots of your games. Please don't copy, sell, rehost or make your own versions of the games or their characters.

4. Progress and virtual items

XP, levels, stats, coins and styles are part of the game. They have no cash value, can't be sold or traded, and are saved only on your device until accounts exist. If you clear your browser data or switch devices, that progress can be lost. Coins and daily spins work the same way: they come only from playing, the free daily spin and optional videos, they can't be bought, and they only unlock looks, never anything that helps you win. We may change prices, prizes and rewards, and we may correct coins or styles that came from a bug or from editing the game. The games don't sell anything right now. If we ever offer purchases, we'll explain the terms clearly before you buy, and parents will be in charge of purchases by kids.

5. Other websites

Our games may also appear on game websites and apps run by other companies. When you play there, that company's terms and privacy policy apply too. We're not responsible for other companies' websites or content.

6. If something goes wrong

We provide the games "as is". We make no promises beyond what the law requires: for example, that the games will always be available, error-free, or right for a particular purpose.

To the extent the law allows, Halo Dot Inc.'s total responsibility for any claim about the games is limited to $50. We're also not responsible for indirect losses, such as lost progress or lost data.

Nothing in these terms limits responsibility that can't legally be limited. That includes responsibility for gross negligence, intentional misconduct or fraud, and any rights you have under the New Jersey Consumer Fraud Act, the New Jersey Truth-in-Consumer Contract, Warranty and Notice Act, or other consumer-protection laws.

7. Copyright complaints

If you believe something in our games infringes your copyright, send a notice to our Copyright Agent. Include your contact details, a description of the work, where it appears in our games, a statement that you believe in good faith that the use isn't authorized, a statement under penalty of perjury that your notice is accurate and that you're the owner or authorized to act for the owner, and your physical or electronic signature.

8. Ending

You can stop playing at any time. We may suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these terms or puts other players or the service at risk.

9. The law that applies

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey and of the United States. Any dispute will be handled by the state or federal courts located in Bergen County, New Jersey, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring it somewhere else. Nothing here takes away your right to go to court or to a small-claims court, or any other rights you have under the law.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We'll post the new version on this page with a new date at the top. If you keep playing after a change, the updated terms apply from then on.
